Explores the perceived effect of Customized Training (CT) grant – awarded under New Jersey’s Workforce Development Partnership Program – on recipient companies and their employees, examines the wage and employment outcomes of selected individuals who received training, and makes a series of recommendations that could be used to inform future CT grant decisions.
