Quantitative Research

Ahmad Salman Zafar is a Research Project Assistant at the Heldrich Center where he is involved in quantitative research on education and workforce outcomes for New Jersey postsecondary students with an equity lens across race and gender. He has also worked with state-level clients on evaluations for state-funded programs to inform policymaking aimed at improving instruction and workforce outcomes for the state's residents. He combines his expertise in data-informed policymaking and implementation strategy to address clients' technical and project management requirements. He received his Master of Public Policy degree from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
