In 2005, the Heldrich Center, under the leadership of Dr. William M. Rodgers III, conducted a study of the racial and ethnic composition of New Jersey’s labor market. The study provided an in-depth analysis of New Jersey’s minority workforce and outlined strategies for combating the racial and ethnic differences between minority and non-minority workers.
