National Study of State Government Rapid Response Post-Layoff Notification Services
0

In 2008, the Heldrich Center began work for the State of New York to conduct a study of states that have been identified as high performing and innovative with regard to providing rapid response services. The research focuses on identifying states with best or promising practices in the area of rapid response and business retention services; describing how these services are provided, who provides them, and how outcomes are tracked; identifying critical success factors in these practices; and identifying key challenges experienced by the states in the design and implementation of these practices.

Funded by the New York State Department of Labor.
