Testimony of Maria Heidkamp on the Reauthorization of the Workforce Investment Act

On October 1, 2009, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) held a listening session for input on the reauthorization of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). Maria Heidkamp, Senior Research Project Manager at the Heldrich Center, provided this testimony on opportunities for people with disabilities under WIA reauthorization.
