Dr. William M. Rodgers III, Chief Economist at the Heldrich Center and a Professor at the Bloustein School, has authored a new paper that estimates the impact that the terror attacks of September 11 had on the U.S. labor market outcomes of individuals with nativity profiles similar to the terrorists. The paper was published as part of the National Poverty Center, University of Michigan and the Economics of Security working paper series.
