Maria Heidkamp, Senior Project Manager at the Heldrich Center, also presented at the Region 1 Forum on April 28. "Effective Rapid Response Strategies for Nontraditional (and Other) Customers" provides preliminary highlights from the April 2009 Heldrich Rapid Response Survey. The forum was held to build on the U.S. Department of Labor’s Reemployment Works! Summit held in January of this year.
