Heldrich Center Releases New Research on Energy Workforce

With growing economic importance being placed on the energy sector in the State of New Jersey, current and short-term demand for workers in this industry has created new occupations and required skill sets that employees must have to efficiently satisfy this need. As part of the Ready for the Job initiative, "The Workforce Needs of the New Jersey Energy Industry " identifies detailed information on skill requirements for these high-demand occupations as well as solutions for the sector’s critical workforce challenges.
