On September 26, 2006, the Heldrich Center hosted the second in its new series of one-on-one conversations with national leaders from a variety of perspectives, including business, labor, journalism, and government. This event featured W. Roy Grizzard, Assistant Secretary, Office of Disability Employment Policy, U.S. Department of Labor. This publication provides highlights from Dr. Grizzard's conversation with Dr. Carl Van Horn, Professor at Rutgers University and Director of the Heldrich Center.
